During the last week of August summer school for cinematography students from the Latvian Academy of Culture took place at Rucka. This creative event was led by experienced professional scriptwriter Vladimir Gromov (Poland) and lecturers from department of audiovisual arts from Latvian Academy of Culture.
Changing environment and going outside of everyday routine gives an opportunity to work more intensive and effective and make faster progress. The key point of this summer school was to develop scripts for student graduation films that will be filmed during the next school year. Having a high quality script is the first rule to get a good film. The results of the workshop will be seen in this year’s graduates creative work.
